There is no need to make an appointment. Once we have reviewed all your tax documents, we’ll reach out to you with any questions and set up an appointment at that time if necessary.

Generally speaking, we need copies of your last filed returns if you are a new client and your current tax documents and notes for the tax year. Please see our checklist for a more detailed list of files we commonly need.

Yes, you will receive emails, and a phone call to review you tax returns and discuss the results before your tax returns get e-filed.  In addition, you will get to review a copy of the final version via Docu-Sign before you sign your e-file authorization – “Form 8879”.

Yes, we are a Quickbook’s Pro-advisor and we have skilled bookkeepers who are knowledgeable to either maintain or help you maintain your own Quickbook’s program.

Returns fees are based on time and complexity and our base rate for the preparation of an average “Form 1040” is $295.00 for both the Federal and one State filing – including e-filing fees. Price is subject to change.

Every return has its own unique requirements and we need prompt information to promptly complete a tax return, but we strive to have a two week turn around of returns in general.

Yes, you can request tax professionals that you have worked with in prior years or request another tax professional on staff.

Yes, we can securely email you a pdf copy of your tax returns for your files.

You can submit your tax information at any time and you do not have to wait until you receive all of your tax information.  We work off of a first come first serve basis and we log you in as soon as we receive any tax information.  Generally speaking, if you want to ensure that you will not need an extension, we ask that we receive your tax information by March 1st.
